That being said, here are a few companies that are in the VR space that you can invest in. Make sure to read the quarterly reports that they file and do your own analysis to determine if it is a company you think is worth investing it.
Meta (formerly Facebook) - Meta is one of the most well-known and reputable companies in the VR industry. They focus on the consumer market and have a range of products including the Meta Quest 2. One good aspect is that Meta has a strong brand recognition and an established market presence. However, remember that they are basically just Facebook, which has a reputation for data privacy concerns.
Sony - Sony is a well-established company in the gaming industry, and they have also made a strong push into the VR market with their PlayStation VR headset. They have a strong focus on the consumer market and have a wide range of games and experiences available. Advantages of investing in Sony include their established market presence and strong brand recognition. A disadvantage to consider is that their VR headset is only compatible with the PlayStation console.
PTC - PTC is a company that specializes in b2b VR solutions, specifically in the field of industrial design and manufacturing. They offer a range of VR products, including the Vuforia platform, which is used by companies to create VR experiences for training, product design, and other industrial applications.
Hopefully this article has been a good start for you to begin researching a few investment opportunities in the VR space.
